History of the Di Majo Vineyards
The location of the Di Majo Norante vineyard has a long history. It is located in the Molise region of Italy, along the Adriatic Sea between Puglia and Abruzzo. Wine grapes have been cultivated in this region since around 500 B.C. by two different pre-Roman civilizations. The estate where the Di Majo Norante vineyard sits has been growing wine grapes since the 1800s. The Di Majo Norante Winery was founded in 1968 and currently has over 200 acres dedicated to vines for their estate wines.
